Graduate Program Requirements Submission Process

Below is a checklist of degree program requirements for Wildlife and Fisheries Sciences graduate students. Each step of the process requires documentation be submitted to The Office of Graduate and Professional Studies (OGAPS). Because some requirements are online and others are paper forms, the charts below were created to guide students through the submission process. Each requirement includes a link to the document submission form (electronic and paper) along with the signatures required. All signatures on paper forms can be scanned if necessary with the exception of the individual listed in the original signature column.

Students must gather all signatures from committee members and then submit paper forms to the graduate advisor for the department head signature. Graduate advisor will scan the forms for WFSC records and submit to OGAPS.
