Thesis: Ecology, sport fishing and management of peacock Cichlids (Cichla spp.) on the lower Ventuari River, Amazonas, Venezuela.
Research interests Comparative ecology of Neotropical Cichlids, feeding ecology and life history of cichlids, food webs, trophic ecology, and ecomorphology, relationships of fish assemblages and habitat use, Conservation Biology.
